Yes! Just fill out the form above and we will iron out the details with you.
Will you provide a shipping label?
If you do not have the Extend Protection Plan, we will not provide a return shipping label to send your ring. However, we will cover the shipping costs to ship your ring back to you through a USPS First Class Mail shipping label.
If you are shipping your ring to us from outside of the U.S., we are not liable to cover any import/customs fees that may be required by the mail carrier. We will require these fees be paid by you, the customer, prior to us paying the mail carrier. If the fees are not paid in a timely manner this may result in the mail carrier returning the ring to you.
Can I purchase an Extend Protection Plan after purchasing my ring?
Yes, but only within 30 days of your ring purchase.
I have an Extend Protection Plan.
I need a repair. Should I fill out this form if I have an Extend Protection Plan?
No. If you purchased the Extend Protection Plan, please file a claim HERE.
What does the Extend Protection Plan Cover?
The Extend Protection Plan covers repairs, reseals, the loss of gemstones in your ring, and more! You can purchase the Extend Protection Plan within the listing of any qualifying ring, and you will be provided the option to select the duration of coverage on your ring (3 years, 5 years, or lifetime). If you do purchase this coverage, Extend will email you information on your warranty once your order has shipped.

If you return your jewelry, Extend will issue a pro-rated refund based on how long you have had your ring.
